Terms of Use

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms govern your use of arcdatacenters.com (the "Site"), operated by ARCDC LLC ("ArcDC", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to them.

Information only

The Site describes our business in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer to lease, build or provide capacity, a binding commitment, or professional, legal, tax or investment advice. Any engagement happens only under a written agreement signed by ArcDC.

No offer of securities

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any ArcDC entity or project. Any such offer would be made only through definitive documents to eligible persons, as permitted by law.

Targets, estimates and forward looking statements

Statements about delivery timelines (including "under six months" and per block build times), capacity, density, cost and efficiency are targets and typical outcomes, not guarantees. Actual results depend on site, permitting, utility, equipment, tenant requirements and other conditions outside our control. The time to revenue calculator is illustrative only: it uses the numbers you enter and is not a quote, forecast or promise.

Third party information

Market statistics are attributed to their published sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and links to other websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and the ArcDC name and logo belong to ArcDC. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcDC and its members, managers and personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from use of or reliance on the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a written agreement between you and ArcDC provides otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Questions: hello@arcdatacenters.com.
