Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
This policy explains what ARCDC LLC ("ArcDC", "we", "us") collects through arcdatacenters.com (the "Site"), how we use it and the choices you have. We keep the Site simple on purpose: it has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising.
What we do not use
The Site does not use cookies, web analytics, advertising or social media pixels, session recording, chat widgets or any tool that tracks you across other websites. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Information you send us
The enquiry form does not submit data to our servers. It opens your own email program with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email. When you email us, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, company, work email and project requirements.
Technical information
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server log data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the Site. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load; see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss data center capacity with you.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
- To protect the Site and our business against misuse.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our email and hosting under their own confidentiality and security obligations; professional advisers; authorities where the law requires it; and a successor in a merger, financing or sale of the business. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain the business relationship and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing hello@arcdatacenters.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, including California law, and will not discriminate against you for making a request. Because we do not track visitors across sites, browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control require no further action from you.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Where we operate
ArcDC operates in the United States and stores information there.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@arcdatacenters.com, or ARCDC LLC, c/o Vcorp Services, LLC, 108 W. 13th Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801.
